Through this Privacy Policy we explain how we collect and use the information, which could include the personal data you provide on our aforementioned website.
Euro Tour SRL carries out activities of accommodation, bar-restaurant, organization of events as well as services related to these activities such as (concierge, hotel-airport transport, etc.).
Data Collection
The types of personal information we collect include:
Your first name, last name, email address, telephone number and address;
Information about your nationality;
Bank card data (card type, credit card number, holder name, expiry date and security code);
Information about the customer’s stay, including date of arrival and departure, special requests, comments about your service preferences (including preference for room type, facilities or any other services used);
Information you provide regarding your marketing preferences or in the course of participating in surveys, contests or promotional offers;
Purpose of data collection
Your data is collected for the following purposes:
Reservations: We use your personal data to complete and administer your reservation made online or offline.
Customer Service: We use your personal data to provide you with the necessary purchased service.
Guest Comments: We may use your contact details to invite you by email to write a guest review after your stay. It can help other travelers choose the accommodation that suits them best. If you submit a comment, it may be posted on our website.
Marketing Activities: We also use your data for marketing activities as required by law. Where we use your personal data for direct marketing purposes, such as commercial newsletters and marketing communications about new products and services or other offers that we think may be of interest to you, we will include an unsubscribe link that you you can use if you don’t want us to send you any more messages.
Other Communications: There may be other times when we will contact you by email, post, phone or SMS, depending on the contact details you share with us. There could be a number of reasons for these communications:
We may need to respond to and resolve requests you have made.
b. If you have not completed a booking online, we may send you a reminder email to continue your booking. We believe this additional service is useful to you as it allows you to continue a booking without having to search for accommodation again or fill in all the booking details from the beginning.
c. When you use our services, we may send you a survey or invite you to write a comment about your experience on our or our partners’ website. We believe that this additional service is useful for you and for us, as we will be able to improve our website based on the feedback we receive.

We may involve a third party to do this on our behalf or have the obligation to transmit this information to accredited institutions (eg the Ministry of Tourism). The data processed for marketing purposes are only processed based on your express consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
The data processed for statistical, research and analysis purposes are anonymized data, which do not allow you to be identified in any way.
Method of data collection
Personal data is collected through one of the following methods:
Directly from the person concerned, through the accommodation form, the requests issued in the case of a reservation request (offline or online) or through direct communication;
Through our collaborators, travel agencies or specific booking applications;

Within EURO TOUR S.R.L. locations. there is a video surveillance system. He supervises the common areas, according to the provisions imposed by the legislation in the field.
If we use automated means to process personal data that produce legal effects or significantly affect you, we will implement appropriate measures to protect your rights and freedoms, including the right to obtain human intervention.
International data transfers
The transfer of personal data described in this Privacy Policy may include transfers of personal data abroad, to countries whose data protection laws are not as comprehensive as those of European Union countries . Usually these transfers occur when collaborating with travel agencies located in the territory of other countries outside the EU (e.g. Israel) through which you make reservations, or through specific reservation applications through which you communicate your data to us, but which have servers or technological center in other countries, outside the European Union.
In these situations we only transfer personal data to recipients that offer an adequate level of data protection; therefore we make contractual arrangements to ensure that your personal data is still protected in accordance with European standards. Security
Euro Tour SRL follows reasonable procedures to prevent unauthorized access to and improper use of personal information. We use appropriate systems and procedures to protect information, including personal data. We also use security procedures and technical and physical restrictions on accessing and using personal data on our servers. Only authorized personnel are allowed access to personal data in the course of their work.
Retention of data
We will retain your information, which may include personal data, for as long as is necessary to provide you with services, comply with laws a applicable, to resolve disputes with any party and otherwise as necessary to enable us to conduct our business, including to detect and prevent fraud or other illegal activities.
Generally the retention period is 36 months to cover the statutory limitation period, but there is personal data that is stored for a different period as a result of a legal obligation. For example, we have the obligation to keep the documents related to financial transactions 10 years after the end of the financial year in which they were processed, or the accommodation sheets have the obligation to be archived for a period of 5 years, according to the laws in the field. Video recordings made by the surveillance system are kept for a maximum period of 30 days.

Your Choices and Rights
We want you to control how your personal data is used by us. You can do this in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (art. 14-23) in the following ways-:

If your requests become excessive and have a high frequency, Euro-Tour SRL reserves the right to be able to request a fee for issuing the information. You have the right to make requests regarding the processing of your personal data, free of charge, at least once a year.
The right of rectification
Please inform us of any date you would like us to rectify and we will respond within a maximum of one month from the date of your request.
We will pass the changes on to any third parties who need to change them and notify you that this has been done.
Right to erasure
You can exercise your right to delete your personal data in a number of situations (for example, if the data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which it was created or you withdraw your consent you.).

We will stop processing your data if you object to processing for research and statistical purposes.
